    Our society, much like mainstream fitness, is obsessed with way things appear on the outside.

    Like nice cars, Instagram accounts, big T.V’s, and bank account numbers... mainstream fitness promotes six-packs, huge biceps, and bulky chests.

     

    It's all valued so highly… but for what purpose?

     

    I’ve been there and know that it’s a never-ending search for something always just beyond your grasp.
